Covid

 Covid an overview:


Post lockdown we all have accommodated covid as a part of our life.Thought of sharing my views and experiences  about the pandemic.

First of all when one is diagnosed the main survival tip is not to get panicked but to focus on managing the pandemic.

We should make up our mind to be the strongest and not giving any room for

self-pity.

Do not go by others experience, as each one have different signs and symptoms further the severity also differs from one another.

Listen to your body and decide if you need hospitalization or not.In case if you are in going in for home quarantine, take up the responsibility of monitoring yourself religiously.

Measures:

Steam inhalation 3 to 4 times with plain water.

Gargle twice a day with rocksalt in hot water.

Keep sipping hot water.

Kabasura kudineer once a day.

Concoction of ginger,pepper,turmeric,lemon and honey once a day.

Vitamin C and Zinc to be taken for a month.

Pranayama whenever possible and blowing balloons for strengthening lungs.

Self-check:

Get a Pulse oxi meter : Saturation minimum to be 95,check every 2hours,for first 2 weeks.

If the level drops seek medical help immediately.

Record temperature every 4hours.Paracetamol to be taken if temperature persists.

Diet :

Have a healthy and protein rich diet with plenty of fluids.

Include white eggs and sundal.

Sweetlime juice with pepper and salt during brunch.

Try to eat or drink every 2hours.

In case of home quarantine if others are negative try to isolate yourself completely from your family.



Though virus loses it's potency in 14 days ,you have to take care post covid too,as symptoms settlesdown at different phase for different people.

Covid will teach you many lessons for life.

Toxicity of mind is harmful.


How do we detox our mind?


Keep a track of things those weigh you down like


Feeling low


Demeaning


Belittled 


Anxious and worried


Unworthy


Sometimes it may be persons around you constantly making you feel unworthy.


Keep a safe distance from negativity .


Distancing from people creating displeasure is vital for your life.


Avoid people who constantly argue and drain your energy.


Avoid complaining people and judgemental people.


Don't just take it lighter,it will cost your mental and physical health.


You will be robbed of your peace and happiness.


Surround yourself with appreciative ,loving and  encouraging people.


Don't procrastinate 


Act before you are poisoned,save yourself.


Grow with your tribe sowing positivity.

Slowdown a bit!
Listen with your ears wide open,with an understanding heart,
Look around and observe the nuances of life,take time to breath and connect with fellow humans around.
Certain botherations are set aside as trivial and buried into the deepest chambers of heart,observe the numbing pain and reach out for help.
It is not a shame to share the burdens,feel free to express the botherations,when you look around surely you will find people to hold you during the darkest hours.
There is always a solution for every problem,trying solving it .Don't be ashamed of the wretched state.If it's not worth accepting just keep your head held high and walk away.
Stop abusing yourself and start living this beautiful life which is gifted unto you.
Don't trade your innerpeace for worthless issues.
Nothing is worth more than your life, do not take it for granted and throw it in trash.
Kindly believe the world you live in.
Gift a beautiful world for the little ones.
Create hope not disillusionment!

With gratitude as foundation,

Does God really exist?

Showered with blessings,
Does everyone ask,
Why are we so lucky?

During testing times,
Look for solutions,
Keep faith in God,
For God is love.

Love thyself,
A slogan of wonder,
Makes miracles happen,
With power of love.

When seeds of faith,
Are sowed deep within,
Sprout at the time of need,
And make us feel His presence,
For faith is God!!!

Power of parenting

Parenting is not just a position to hold ,it's a responsibility to cherish.It starts the moment we decide to have a child.A child should be conceived out of love,happiness and blessings of the Almighty.We should create a good atmosphere even when the baby is in the womb.Both the parents should take up the responsibility. We should develop healthy eating habits and sleep patterns without missing out exercises.The couples should be loving and caring and should communicate with the child.

After the child enters our world we should live by our words.Children don't follow advices,but only imitates our actions.So if our actions are right we get the child right.
Always speak positively and encourage them,praise them for their small achievements.Allow them to face difficulties so that they know how to tackle it.Don't walk their path,let them walk it.
When we try to break the cocoon of a caterpillar it dies,but when it strives to come out,beautiful butterfly emerges...
Let us make the beautiful butterflies and not break the cocoons.So when you decide to have a child it's commitment for next twenty years pledging your heart and soul.So be ready for it before taking up the commitment it's responsibility of  raising up our future generations...Let's give our best...
